Low Prevalence of Heritable Connective Disorders in Spontaneous Coronary DIssection
Henken et al report a single-centre retrospective study (N=116) of patients with spontaneous coronary dissection. The clinical features and genetic evaluation is presented. The prevalence of fibromuscular dysplasia is seen (consistent with other studies).
